The purpose of the 2010 Interpeace Partners Forum was to identify perspectives and discuss strategic approaches on how to connect statebuilding and peacebuilding processes. Elections are an example of a commonly used statebuilding tool that can make or break the peace in fragile societies. This document summarises the discussion.
