Constitutional reform is one of the main tasks Ukraine faces today. Constitutional changes must reflect public consensus on the basic principles of the functioning and further development of the Ukrainian state. For this reason, it is extremely important to ensure the openness and inclusiveness of the constitutional process through national dialogue on constitutional changes in Ukraine.

The International Centre for Policy Studies (ICPS), the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine (UNDP) and Interpeace are co-organizing an international conference on “Constitutional Reform in Ukraine and International Experiences of Inclusive and Legitimate Constitutional Processes." Held in Kyiv on 25 June, this event will mark the launch of the Ukrainian and Russian versions of Interpeace’s handbook on constitution-making processes entitled Constitution-making and Reform. Options for the Process.

The electronic version of the handbook is available for download in Ukrainian and Russian.

The constitution-making handbook is also available in English, French, Arabic and Vietnamese.

The Constitution-making handbook was translated into Ukrainian and Russian by the ICPS and printed with the support of UNDP.
